Since launching its United Against Waste campaign, Unilever Food Solutions has been talking to caterers to see what impact its Wise up on Waste toolkit has had on their businesses and the environment.
The Six Bells pub downloaded the waste management tools and carried out a simple audit that’s helped them to not only work more efficiently but also help the environment and save money too.
“As a result of using the Wise up on Waste toolkit, we’ve made changes in the kitchen that’s cut our veg bill by £20 a week and significantly reduced the amount of food waste coming back on customer’s plates.”
