3. The opening date for entries is 09:00 BST on 1 September 2023 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 BST on 30 September 2023.
4. The promotion is limited to one entry per person and no entrant may win more than one prize.
5. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
6. Entrants shall indemnify and hold the Promoter and their respective affiliates, directors, agents, or other partners ("the Indemnitees") harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnitees arising as a result of the Promoter's use of the entrant's submission including but not limited to any breach of third-party intellectual property rights.

8. By submitting your entry, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and make derivative works of your entry in any media and through any media channel.
9. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

11. The winner will be first notified by email by member of our approved agency, Omne Agency Ltd, who will make contact via Email on Unilever’s behalf, within 14 days of the closing date and no later than 16 October 2023. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the email, confirming their full name, address, and nominated bank details within 7 days of the notification and by no later than 23 October 2023. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
12. Once the prize has been claimed, the second notification will be from a member of our approved agency, Omne Agency Ltd, who will make contact via Email on Unilever’s behalf, to fulfil the prizes and to ensure we have the correct information and to confirm bank details, before directly paying via BACS.
13. Prize fulfilment: The winner will receive a Prize of £1,000 paid into their nominated bank account and will receive the Amazon Voucher and wall’s bundle delivered to the business address.
- Cash prize specifics:
- Our approved Agency, Omne Agency Ltd, will pay the winner, into their nominated bank account, directly via BACS.
- Winners will be contacted, via email, by a representative of Omne Agency Ltd to confirm their nominated bank account details (sort code and account number) in order to process the payment.
- The cash prize will be paid within 30 days of the winner providing their nominated bank account details.
- Amazon Voucher specifics:
- Use of the voucher is subject to terms and conditions on the voucher. The voucher may not be resold under any circumstances.

15. All prizes have been sourced independently by the Promoter. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered, or associated by Amazon.
16. All valid entries received by the closing date will be entered into a random number generator. The first entry drawn at random will win the prize. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. The winner’s details (name, full address and county) may be made available on request to those writing to Wall’s for Business Competition, within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE.
18. The winner may be filmed / photographed / interviewed by the Promoter or on our behalf during this period, from September 2023 until December 2023. The winner(s) grant(s) us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute and make derivative works of such footage / photographs / testimonials in any media and through any media channel.
19. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
