Preparation

Advance Preparation
Pre heat an oven to 180ºC (350ºF) gas 4. Warm the serving plates. Prepare ingredients as directed. To make the batter, place the flour in a bowl, add the beaten eggs and milk and mix to a smooth batter. If not for immediate use, cover, label and refrigerate.
Method

Pancakes
1. In a non stick frying pan add a small amount of oil and bring to a high heat, remove surplus oil.
2. Add approximately 60ml of the batter to the pan, spread thinly all over and cook for approximately 1 minute,
turn over and cook for a furhter minute. Remove from the pan and complete the remaining pancakes, set
aside, cover and allow to cool.

Filling
3. In another pan add a little oil, bring to a medium heat, add the vegetables and cook until soft. Add half the
KNORR Tomato and Basil Sauce and half the cheese and mix well to provide the pancake filling.

4. Place even portions of the filling into the centre of the pancakes and fold into a parcel. Place on a suitable
baking tray, sprinkle with the grated cheese, lightly cover with foil and bake in the pre-heated oven for 10
minutes.

5. Serve on the warmed serving dishes with a spoonful of the remaining sauce drizzled over each pancke.

Service Hint
Serve with a portion of seasonal vegetables or salad.

Healthy Nutritional Advice
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum . If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
