300gLettuce mixed leaves , shredded
100mlSour cream
500mlKNORR Americas Fajita Ready to Use Sauce 

Preparation

Advance Preparation
Prepare the lettuce. Defrost chicken if frozen

Method
1. Mix the cooked chicken with the Fajita sauce. Cover and refrigerate until required for use

2. Evenly distribute the chicken in the first fold of the tortilla.
3. Roll the wrap over once, add some lettuce and sour cream and continue to roll. Ensure it is rolled tight, so as
not to loose any filling.

4. Once fully rolled, slice the wrap in half. Serve with toasted nachos.

Taco shells can be used as an alternative to tortilla wraps
Healthy Nutritional Hint
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum . If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
