Ingredients (10 portions)

150gLettuce mixed leaves mixed leaf, washed and dried
200gKNORR COLLEZIONE ITALIANA PASTA Fusilli (raw weight) 
350gChicken, dark & light meat (50/50) skinless diced and cooked
150gSpinach , washed, picked and shredded
250mlHELLMANN'S Creamy Caesar Dressing  

Preparation

Advance Preparation
Cook selected raw pasta, one minute less, as directed by the manufacturers instuctions. Wash under cold running water, drain, place in a clean container, cover, label and refrigerate if not required for immediate use. Wash and prepare the ingredients as directed.

Method
1. Place lettuce around the salad container.

2. In a large bowl, mix the pasta, chicken and spinach together, and mix well with the dressing.

3. Spoon the mixed salad with the lettuce in th eprepared container.

Service Hint
Add extra fresh herbs for garnish.

Handy Hint
For 1kg of cooked pasta you will require approximately 500g of raw pasta. A little Olive or vegetable oil added to the washed cooked pasta will prevent "sticking".

Healthy Nutritional Advice
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum . If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
