Ingredients (10 portions)

| 450 | g | Chicken, dark & light meat (50/50) skinless cooked and diced |
| 100 | g | Back Bacon trimmed of excess fat, cooked and cut into strips |

| 300 | ml | HELLMANN'S Creamy Caesar Dressing |
Preparation
Advance Preparation
Thoroughly wash and drain the lettuce. Prepare the remaining ingredients as directed.
Method
1. Arrange the prepared salad leaves in the salad container.
2. Place chicken, bacon and onions in a bowl and evenly mix.
3. Add HELLMANN'S Caesar Light Dressing and mix well.
4. Spoon into the salad container.
Service Hint
Add fresh herbs for additional garnish and flavour.
Handy Hint
Toasted bread cubes can be added for extra texture and cherry tomatoes to add to the vegetable content.
Healthy Nutritional Advice
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum . If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
