Preparation
Advance Preparation
Warm serving dishes. Prepare ingredients as directed.
Method
1. Place the tuna, KNORR Cajun Sauce, HELLMANN'S Light Mayonnaise and JIF Lemon juice into a bowl, mix well, cover and refrigerate until
required for use.
Service Hint
Place cooked jacket potato onto warmed serving dishes, cut in half lengthways, top with tuna filling and garnish with chopped parsley.
Handy Hint
To prepare jacket potatoes wrap in tin foil & bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC (375ºF), Gas Mark 4 for approximately 90 minutes.
Healthy Nutritional Advice
Keep added salt to a minimum. Use an unsaturated oil (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used, or use FLORA. This helps to provide a healthy balanced dish and contributes toward your required folic acid and omega 3 daily intake. In order to enhance the vitamin A content of this dish, serve with a tomato salad.
