If raw defrost the prawns as appropriate under refrigerated conditions. Warm the service plates.
1. Place the prawns in a basin and mix well with the shallots and garlic paste
2. Decant the required amount of sauce into a measuring jug ready for use.
3. Place the Flora in a suitable sized pan or wok, bring to a medium high heat, add the prawns, in batches and cook thoroughly.
4. Add the sauce, bring to the boil and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
5. Serve centre of plate on a bed of pasta garnished with chopped parsley.
Handy hint:
This recipe can be used for all light and white meat proteins and served with a range of pasta from the KNORR Collezione Italiana Pasta range
Healthy Hint:
Keep added salt to a minimum. This helps to provide a healthy balanced dish. Can be serve with steamed potatoes and broccoli as well as pasta.
