| 20 | g | Garlic prepared and sliced |
| 20 | g | Red Chillies prepared and sliced |
| 2.5 | kg | Mussels cleaned and beards removed |
| 200 | ml | KNORR Blue Dragon Create More Black Bean Concentrated Sauce |
| 200 | ml | KNORR Paste Bouillon Clear Fish |
| 10 | g | Coriander washed and chopped |
Preparation
Advance Preparation
Warm the serving plates. Prepare the ingredients as above.
Method
1. Heat the oil in a suitable pan over a medium to high heat.
2. Add the onions, garlic and chillies and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add the mussels and fry for a further 2 minutes.
4. Mix the KNORR BLUE DRAGON Create More Black Bean Concentrated Sauce to the fish stock. Mix well and bring to the boil, cover and reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes or until the mussels are thoroughly cooked and open.
5. Serve centre of plate garnished with the chopped coriander.
Service Hint
Serve with rice and prawn crackers.
Handy Hint
Mussels can be replaced with clams, shell on prawns or crab claws.
Healthy Nutritional Advice
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum. If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
