| 400 | g | Chicken breast, skinless cooked and shredded |

Preparation
Advance Preparation
Warm the serving plates. Prepare the ingredients as above.
Method
1. In a suitable pan add the KNORR BLUE DRAGON Create More Thai Green Curry Concentrated Sauce, water and coconut milk. Place over a medium heat and bring to the boil.
2. Add the chicken and pak choi, reduce to a simmer and cook until the pak choi has wilted and the chicken is thoroughly heated through.
3. Serve the soup in a suitable bowl and garnish with the coriander leaves.
Service Hint
Serve with crusty bread and prawn crackers.
Handy Hint
Chicken can be replaced with mixed vegetables, prawns or other meat substitutes.
Healthy Nutritional Advice
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum. If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
