Chicken with a Mushroom Sauce

100mlKNORR Paste Bouillon Clear Chicken 
100gFrozen wild mushrooms

Preparation

Advanced Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 180ºc / 350ºc / gas mark 4. Warm serving dishes.

Method

1. Flavor the chicken thighs with the garlic paste and place in a suitable heat proof dish.

2. Make up the bouillon as per manufacturers instructions using 20g to a litre of boiling / hot water.

3. Add the mushrooms, onions, bouillon and sauce to the dish, mix well.

4. Cover the dish with tin foil and place in pre-heated oven till chicken is thoroughly cooked.

5. Serve the chicken thighs in the centre of plate with sauce spooned over the chicken and serve with seasonal vegetables and creamy mash potato.

Handy Hints
Turkey and pork cuts can be used as an alternative. Also you could use any other creamy sauce variants from the KNORR Garde D’or Range.
