Avocado, Basil, Feta and Tomato Salad

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients as per ingredient list.
Method.
1. Mix the prepared avocado with the classic dressing to prevent discoloration.
2. Mix the tomatoes and feta in with the avocado and arrange on to serving dishes.
3. Garnish with the basil and then drizzle with the thousand island dressing.
Service Hint.
Serve with steamed chicken or fish to make a healthy light lunch.
Handy Hint.
The thousand island dressing could be replaced with any other varity of dressings from the HELLMANN'S range.
Healthy Hint.
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum . If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
