PreparationAdvance preparation
Pre heat an oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas 4
1.Sieve dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Add apple puree, diced apple, egg whites, honey, raisins and yogurt. Stir gently until all the flour is incorporated.
2.Pour batter into 12 greased muffin tins.
3.Bake in the pre-heated oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
4.Serve warm or cold, spread with Flora pro.activ spread.
