Unwrap and defrost Pizza bases as required in refrigerator on the morning of requirement. Pre heat the oven to 200oC (400oF) Gas 6. Prepare sufficient topping ingredients in advance to cope with order rushes.
1. Place the pizza base on a baking tray, evenly spread the baked beans and position the rashers of bacon, thinly sliced black pudding and tomato slices evenly on top.
2. Evenly cover with the cheddar cheese and bake in the pre heated oven till thoroughly cooked approximately 6 minutes. 8-10 minutes from a frozen base.
3. Serve hot, straight from the oven, with a fried egg on top, as a whole or in slices.

Black pudding and bacon can be pre cooked in advance

Serve with a poached egg on top and a crunchy green salad.
