Unwrap and defrost Pizza bases as required in refrigerator on the morning of requirement. Pre heat the oven to 200oC (400oF) Gas 6. Prepare sufficient topping ingredients in advance to cope with order rushes.
1. Place the pizza base on a baking tray, evenly place the prawns, salmon, onion, peppers and herring rollmops.
2. Evenly cover with the cheddar cheese and bake in the pre heated oven till thoroughly cooked approximately 6 minutes. 8-10 minutes from a frozen base.
3. Serve hot, straight from the oven.

A variety of seafood alternatives such as mussels, squid and smoked fish can be used.
