75gKNORR PATAKS Tikka Spice Blend Paste 
100mlKNORR PATAKS'S Create More Madras Concentrated Sauce 
300mlHELLMANN'S Light 5ltr Mayonnaise 
800gBaguettes
100gRed onions prepared and sliced
100gTomatoes prepared and sliced
25gCoriander washed and picked
150gLettuce mixed leaves washed

Preparation

Advance Preparation
Prepare the ingredients as above.

Method
1. Place the steaks into a suitable bowl and mix in the KNORR PATAK’S Tikka Spice Blend Paste. Cover, label and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour before use.

2. In a suitable bowl mix together the KNORR PATAK’S Create More Madras Concentrated Sauce and mayonnaise. Cover, label and refrigerate until required.

3. Heat a griddle over a medium to high heat and cook the steaks for a minute on each side.

4. Place the steak into split baguettes followed by the red onion, tomato, coriander, lettuce and finally a squeeze of the Madras mayonnaise.

5. Serve either centre of plate or wrapped in sandwich paper as a takeaway option.
