20gKNORR Clear Chicken Bouillon Paste
200gBread, crumbs

1gNutmeg, ground

Preparation

Advance Preparation
Attach bayleaf to onion using the cloves.

Method
1. Place the milk in a pan and bring to a gentle simmer.

1. Add Chicken stock paste to the pan including the prepared studded onion and allow to infuse for 5 minutes.

2. Discard the onion and add in the breadcrumbs. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent any lumps forming.

2. Add butter and nutmeg to pan, remove from the heat and serve.

Healthy Hints:
Use semi-skimmed milk as a healthier alternative to full fat milk and consider substituting butter with FLORA Spread.
