Peel the potatoes and cut into even sizes. Crumble the black pudding.
Method
1. Boil in water until cooked, drain and dry over a low heat.
2. Heat a sauté pan over a medium to high heat and sauté the black pudding till crisp.
3. Mash as appropriate and mix/whisk in the butter and warmed milk.
4. Fold in the black pudding. Use as appropriate.

For a creamier mash use KNORR Culinary Double instead of milk.
