1. Prepare,trim and wash the leeks.
2. Prepare and make up the sauce as per on pack instructions simmering for 2 minutes.
3. Cook the leeks as required in either a steamer or boiling water, drain and refresh.
4. Place in a gratin dish, mask over with the sauce and brown in a hot oven or under a pre heated grill.
5. Serve hot garnished with grated cheese.
