Chill the serving dishes. Prepare the ingredients, place in a large bowl, blend with the lemon juice and olive oil, cover, refrigerate and label until required for use.
Method
1. Place the prepared ingredients in a large bowl.Lightly season with ground black pepper.
2. Decant the prepared sauce and lightly mix into the prepared ingredients.
3. Spoon the prepared salad into chilled serving dishes. Garnish with chopped coriander and a little Julienne of orange rind.
4. Serve as required in a refrigerated display.

The salad flavour can be adjusted by using other varieties from the KNORR Pataks Range of Italian Prepared Sauces. A sqeeze of fresh lemon can be used as an alternative to JIF
Healthy Hint
Keep added salt to a minimum. Use an unsaturated oil (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used. This helps to provide a healthy balanced dish.
