Unilever UK&I Sampling T&Cs
1. This promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To sign up for a sample or sample bundle:
1. Complete and submit the online form at https://author-unilever-ufs-prodb-65.adobecqms.net/content/ufs-uk/en/about-our-brands/knorr-professional/booker-samples-order-form-2026.html?wcmmode=disabled with your first name, last name, postal address, and email address and tick the box to ensure you accept the Terms & Conditions. There is an option to tick a box to opt-in to Unilever marketing communications, which is not mandatory.
2. The opening date to claim your sample/bundle via the online form is 27th May 00:00 BST and the closing date to claim will be 27th th July 00:00 BST.
3. One sample / bundle of samples, per email address and per household. Samples / bundles will be delivered to UK addresses only and are allocated to valid entries on a first come first served basis.
4. No applications from agents, third parties, or organised groups will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted submissions will be accepted. Submissions will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
5. Automated applications or applications made through bots, AI systems, or any other automated means are prohibited. The Promoter reserves the right to verify applications, including through CAPTCHA or other human verification tools, and to disqualify any application suspected of being generated or assisted by automated technology. The Promoter’s decision regarding the validity of any application shall be final and made in its sole discretion.
6. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
7. Responsibility is not accepted for submissions lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
8. You will select which sample / bundle of samples you want to receive from the available samples / bundles on the form. On the following pages you will enter your postal details. Samples / bundles will endeavour to be dispatched within 1 week of claiming your bundle. However, if unforeseen delays occur, this may delay dispatching for up to 3 weeks.
9. The sample / bundle is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Samples / bundles are not transferable.
10. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the sample/bundle for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. If we cannot fulfil the sample/bundle, any postage paid by the consumer will be refunded.
11. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Twitter / Facebook / Instagram. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter. Entrants release Facebook / Instagram from all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the Promotion.
12. The Promoter, Unilever, reserve the right to terminate this sampling campaign early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.
13. Entrants’ personal data collected for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents will be handled in accordance with Promoter’s privacy notice, available at Privacy Notice | Unilever Legal (unilevernotices.com).
14. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues. As concerns UK residents, these terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
