For your participation to this survey, you can receive a voucher worth 10 GBP to spend on UKI: amazon(hereafter Voucher). By participating you accept the following terms and conditions:
In order to be eligible to receive the Voucher, you must be 18 years or older and work as a chef in food service channels in UK.
Only one application per person. Promotion is limited to one entry per person. No entrant may redeem more than 1 Voucher.
No applications from agents, third parties, organized groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted or eligible to the Voucher.
No incomplete, or corrupted entries will be accepted.
Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
Vouchers will be valid for 10 years.
The Voucher will not be redeemable for cash or money.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organizer of the survey reserves the right to substitute the Voucher for an alternative reward of equal value.
