This promotion (“Promotion”) is available to all Sysco GB Limited Trading As Brakes (“Brakes”) independent customers (excluding National Accounts, Corporate Accounts and Buying Group Head Offices) in mainland Great Britain aged over 18 years. The promotion is not open to any Brakes or Unilever UK Limited (“Unilever”) employees or their families.
2. Qualification for 1 x free Global 40th Anniversary chef knife set (“Knife Set”) worth £450, subject to ordering and receiving delivery of 2 eligible Brakes own label meat products and 2 eligible Knorr 1kg bouillon paste products (“Eligible Products”) in one online order. Offer is live between dates: 1st October 2025 00:01 BST and 31st October 2025 00:00 BST. The eligible items must be purchased on the same order to qualify for the free Knife Set. Only orders placed via Brakes shall qualify under this Promotion.

4. This offer is only valid on the product offer codes shown, it does not apply to any substitutions – substitutions will not count as sales for this Promotion.
5. To claim your Knife Set, you must be the business owner or have the business owner’s permission and be 18 years or over. By claiming, you acknowledge this is for use only within your business. Brakes will confirm to the customer when they have qualified for their Knife Set via the email provided by the customer (participants shall be responsible for keeping contact details up to date). Eligible customers will then be required to fill in Unilever’s online form stating full name, business address and confirm they are over 18 in order to receive the Knife Set.
6. Sales will be measured on invoiced sales any returns or non-deliveries will not count.
7. The Global Chef Knife Set will be delivered within 4 weeks after Brakes confirms the customer has confirmed by email and relevant details have been filled in within the form. Verification of age through producing valid ID will be requested upon delivery of the Knife Set.
8. The Global Chef Knife set will be addressed to the person that has ordered the qualifying items and delivered by Unilever via Parcelforce to the business address located in mainland GB and must be received and signed for on behalf of the qualifying business customer, by a representative with authority to do so. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure a representative over 18 years old is available to receive and sign for the prize. Parcelforce (on behalf of Unilever) reserve the right to refuse delivery if age verification is not complied with.
9. Offer can be claimed once per person, per business address within the offer period of 1st October 2025 and 31st October 2025, subject to clauses 10.

11. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Promotion period shall not entitle eligible customers to any claims or compensations whatsoever against Brakes for all losses and/or damages suffered or incurred by the eligible customers as a direct or indirect result of the said act of cancellation, termination, suspension or extension.
12. Insofar as permitted by law, Brakes nor Unilever shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities whatsoever howsoever arising or suffered by the eligible customers resulting directly or indirectly from this Promotion.
13. Brakes reserves the right at any time to amend, delete or add to the Promotion terms and conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion and without prior notice.
