Up Your Game: Hellmanns' Contract Catering Euro Campaign Activation

 

1. These Terms and Conditions govern Hellmann’s Workplace Euro Inter Operators Competition (“Up Your Game/ Campaign”) and shall be applicable to you, to the extent law permits, so please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility: This Campaign is open to UK-based Top 10 Contract Caterers for UFS UK and their representatives aged 18 or over including, but not limited to B&I operators, chefs, workplace activity coordinators, workplace canteen / restaurant managers, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Employees must obtain their employer’s consent to enter and participate in this Campaign. To be considered eligible, participants must be working within a contracted catering establishment.

3. Entry Mechanism: Participants must submit activation pictures of their Hellmanns’ Workplace Euro campaign along with their details (email, first name, surname, job title, post code, business address, parent / head office company) through the provided link. Entries will be subjected to a random selection process for determining winners. Such activation pictures including any material or content, should not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights.

4. By participating in this Campaign, the participant hereby grants us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute and make derivative works of the entries, in any media or means.

5. Campaign Period: The Campaign commences on 14th June 2024 at 00:00 BST and closes on 20th July 2024 at 23:59 GMT.

6. Prizes: There will be 20 Euro-themed hampers up for grabs, 2 hampers handed over to the winning workplace location and 2 winners from each of the top 10 contract caterers. Winning locations will be selected through a random draw process. Prizes are limited to two per workplace location and two per contract caterer. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferrable in nature and no cash or other alternatives will offered.

7. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry submission and via their head offices. The Promoter reserves the right to validate entries to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria and the Terms and Conditions. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

8. Disqualification: No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions and the Terms and Conditions. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

9. Liability: By participating in this Campaign, the Participants undertakes to defend, indemnify and hold the Promoter and their respective affiliates, directors, agents or other partners (“the Indemnitees”) harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, cost (including reasonable attorney fees) and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnitees arising as a result of the Promoter’s use of the participant's submission including without limitation to any breach of third party intellectual property rights. Further, the participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold the Promoter’s harmless from any injuries, liability, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the competition (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

10. Data Protection and Privacy: By entering the competition, all participants shall be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Campaign and any other purposes to which the participant has consented to. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at http://www.unileverprivacypolicy.com/en_gb/policy.aspx. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

11. Dispute Resolution: These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with its validity, construction and interpretation (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues and waives the right to raise forum non- convenience or any similar objection.

13. General: By entering the competition, participants agree to abide and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
