A staple in Korea, dumplings or mandu are stuffed with pork and kimchi, and can be steamed, boiled, deep-fried or pan-fried. The mixture is stuffed into circular mandu wrappers, then swiftly folded and cooked. They are boiled in a dried fish and seaweed broth and served with rice cakes and vegetables or eaten with kimchi.
