**A three (3) year warranty applies from the date of delivery, subject to the condition that the branding provided by The Magnum Ice Cream Company remains unchanged throughout the warranty period. The Magnum Ice Cream Company reserves the right to change freezer branding without notice.
Wall’s branded freezers are supplied subject to the condition that the customer agrees to: Stock Wall’s impulse ice cream in a minimum of 70% of the freezer space, and Maintain Wall’s branding on the unit for a period of three (3) years from delivery.
The remaining freezer space may be stocked with ice cream of the customer’s choosing. By way of example, a 12-basket freezer must contain a minimum of 9 baskets of The Magnum Ice Cream Company branded products.
