- 400g Hellmann’s Vegan Mayo
- 10g Ancho Chilli – crushed
- 5g Lime Zest
- 40ml Lime Juice
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk together
In the burger:
- Base, Mayo, Beef tomato, TVB Burger, Smoked Applewood Cheddar (vegan), Avocado, Alfalfa, Lid

Truffle, Bacon & Roast Garlic Recipe:
- 400g Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
- 20ml Truffle Oil
- 35g Crispy Bacon (chopped)
- 20g Chives
- 30g Roasted Garlic Puree
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk together
In the burger:
- Base, Mayo, Rocket, Burger, Raclette, Bacon, Fired mushrooms, Lid

Classic Burger Sauce Recipe:
- 350g Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
- 75g Hellmann’s Tomato Ketchup
- 75g Hellmann’s American Mustard
- 100g Gherkin (finely diced)
- 100g Shallot (finely diced)
- 20ml Gherkin juice
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk together
In the burger:
- Base, Mayo, Iceberg Lettuce, Double beef + American Cheese, Gherkins, Lid
