Advance Preparation

  • Cucumber 200 g
  • Carrots 250 g
  • Sesame seeds
  • Red Chillies 5 g
  • Chinese cabbage 300 g
  • Radish 100 g
  • Spring onions 100 g
  • Coriander 30 g
  • Peanuts 200 g


  1. Advance Preparation

    • Finely slice cucumber, radish and julienne carrot.
    • Shred Chinese cabbage, slice red chillies and spring onions.
    • Crush peanuts.
    • Pick coriander.
  2. Assemble

    • Tear and heat grilled chicken to correct guidelines
    • Mix together, carrot, radish, cucumber and Chinese cabbage with Half the KNORR Blue Dragon Chow Mein Sauce and place in suitable bowl.
    • Top with grilled chicken, spring onion, coriander, red chilli and peanuts.
    • Drizzle with rest of KNORR Blue Dragon Chow Mein Sauce and sesame seeds
