Meatballs Marinara
A simple Italain meatball served in a Knorr Tomato and Basil sauce. If you resident find sapghetti a challenge switch to shorter pasta's such as macaroni.

Preparation

Method:
- Soak the bread in the milk, finely dice the onion and the streaky bacon and add to a large bowl.
- Add the minced beef, minced pork, grated parmesan, oregano, nutmeg, smoked paprika, black pepper and salt and mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mix into 30 x 40g balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven at 180c for 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
- Heat the KNORR Tomato and basil concentrated sauce and water in a pan along with the black pepper.
- Add the cooked meatballs and serve over hot spaghetti and garnish with freshly shaved parmesan.
