    • Blanch the Green Beans for 2 minutes, drain, refresh and keep aside.
    • Heat oil then add the Minced Pork and cook for 5 minutes until golden.
    • Add garlic and cook 2 minutes.
    • Add KNORR Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry Paste and cook for 1 minute then add tamarind and Lime Leaves,.
    • Add the green beans, and water then cover and cook for 3 minutes.
    • Season with the sugar, salt and lime juice then serve.
    • garnish with Basil and Strips of Red Chilli.
