Advance Preparation

Method

  • Onionsprepared and diced 200 g
  • Red lentils, boiled 250 g
  • Pumpkinprepared and diced 200 g
  • Baby leaf spinachwashed 150 g
  • Coriander washed and chopped 10 g
  1. Advance Preparation

    • Warm the serving plates.
    • Prepare the ingredients as above.
    • Make up the vegetable stock.
  2. Method

    • Heat the oil in a suitable pan over a medium to high heat.
    • Add the onions and cook until soft but without colour.
    • Add the lentils, pumpkin and vegetable stock bring to the boil and simmer until the pumpkin is tender.
    • Add the KNORR PATAK’S Create More Korma Concentrated Sauce and spinach.
    • Bring back to the boil and cook for 5 min. until the spinach is tender.
    • Serve centre of plate garnished with the chopped coriander.
  3. Service Hint

    • Serve with crusty bread.
