Method:
- In a non-stick pan add oil and saute ‘The Vegetarian Butcher’ NoChicken chunks till golden and NoBacon smoked lardons till crispy, set both aside and keep warm.
- Toast the bread and spread with HELLMANN’s vegan mayo.
- On the bottom layer add (picked and washed) romaine lettuce, cucumber ribbons, slices of orange tomatoes and slices of gouda.
- On the top layer add the warm ‘Vegetarian Butcher’ Nochicken chunks and NoBacon smoked lardons and more lettuce.
- Cut the ‘Club Sandwich’ diagonally and secure with wooden skewers.
- Serve with potato crisps.
