Ingredients
For the burger:

Minced beef lean- ask your butcher for a blend of chuck steak and short rib meat. 1 kg

Onionsfine dice 100 g

White medium sliced bread 80 g
For service:

Vegetable oil 20 ml

Wholemeal bread rolls 600 g

Tomatoessliced 200 g

Lettuce mixed leaves 100 g
Preparation

For the burger:
- Peel and dice the onions then sweat in the oil for 4-5 min. then remove and allow to cool.
- Mix the mince, COLMAN’S Horseradish, cooked onion and breadcrumbs together then shape into 10 patties.
- Cover and chill until needed.

For service:
- Rub each burger with a little oil then place on to a hot grill or BBQ and cook for 4-5 min. on each side or until thoroughly cooked.
- Split the burger buns in half and lightly toast under a grill.
- Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom halve then top with the tomato and lettuce.
- Sit the burger on top of the salad and spread over the remaining COLMAN’S Horseradish.
