Ingredients
For the marinade:

Chicken thigh, skinless & bonelessdiced 1.5 kg

Lemon juice 100 ml

Honey 100 g

Honey 50 g

Skewerswooden - 20 20 g
Preparation

For the marinade:
- Mix the garlic, honey, COLMAN’S Wholegrain Mustard and lemon juice together then pour over the chicken, cover and chill until needed.

For Service
- Thread the chicken on to wooden skewers then on to a char grill or BBQ and cook for 10-12 min. or until thoroughly cooked.
- Turn over half way through and drizzle over the remaining honey.
