Kaffir Lime Mayo


Grilled chicken, tangy pickled carrot and daikon, and melted provolone are layered between sourdough and finished with a kaffir lime–infused mayo and crispy chilli oil. This Banh Mi–inspired melt delivers bold citrus, heat, and umami in a golden, grilled street food twist.

Preparation

  1. Ingredients

    • Spread kaffir lime mayo on the slices
      of bread.
    • Add grated provolone.
    • Add grilled chicken.
    • Drizzle with crispy chilli oil.
    • Add pickled vegetables.
    • Add cucumber slices.
    • Add jalapenos and cilantro leaves.
    • Add grated provolone.
    • Close with a slice of bread spread with
      the kaffir lime mayo.
    • Spread the Hellmann’s Mayonnaise on the
      outside of the sandwich and grill on both
      sides till golden brown.

      to a blender and blend till well-combined.
