For the Chicken, Maderia and Chestnut Soup:

Water 1.5 l

Chestnut puree 180 g

Madeira 100 ml

Whole milk 200 ml

Milk powder 30 g
Preparation

For the Chicken, Maderia and Chestnut Soup:
- Place the water in a pan and bring to the boil.
- Whisk in the KNORR Classic Chicken soup mix and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add the chestnut puree, madeira, milk and milk powder then simmer for 2 minutes.
- Blend until smooth and serve with freshly chopped parlsey and whipped cream.
