  1. For the soup:

    • Shell the broad beans and reserve a few for garnish.
    • Pour the water in to a saucepan add the marjoram then bring to the boil.
    • Whisk in the KNORR Classic Asparagus soup then reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
    • Add the broad beans and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
    • Remove from the heat and blend until smooth.
  2. To serve:

    • Reheat the soup then pour in to serving bowls.
    • Garnish with olive oil, broad beans and marjoram leaves.
