For the Red Wine Gravy

A quick and easy gravy for your roast dinner.



  1. For the Red Wine Gravy

    • Peel and finely slice the onions and carrots.
    • Place in a pan with a little oil and cook slowly until golden.
    • Add in the red wine and allow to reduce to a glaze.
    • Pour in the water and bring to the boil.
    • Whisk in the KNORR Gluten Free Gravy Granules until you have a smooth sauce.
    • Pass the sauce before serving.
