Preparation

Method
- Trim Green Beans and Mange Tout, Blanch in Boiling water, refresh and dry.
- Cut Peppers into 2cm dice
- Cut Cod into 3cm dice
- Steam Cod and Diced Peppers for 3-4 minutes
- Simmer KNORR Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry Sauce for 2 minutes
- Add Cod, Diced Peppers, Mange Tout and Green Beans to Sauce and Warm through.
- Serve with Thai basil and Jasmine rice.
