  1. Method

    • Trim Green Beans and Mange Tout, Blanch in Boiling water, refresh and dry.
    • Cut Peppers into 2cm dice
    • Cut Cod into 3cm dice
    • Steam Cod and Diced Peppers for 3-4 minutes
    • Simmer KNORR Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry Sauce for 2 minutes
    • Add Cod, Diced Peppers, Mange Tout and Green Beans to Sauce and Warm through.
    • Serve with Thai basil and Jasmine rice.
