For the Chocolate Coffee Mousse:

For the Irish Whiskey Cream:

  • Whisky 75.0 ml
  • Icing sugar 40.0 g
  • Dark chocolate 50.0 g
  • Whipping cream 225.0 ml

Keep it simple with Carte d'Or Chocolate mousse, with the addition of instant coffee into the base to produce a rich chocolate coffee mousse topped with an Irish Whiskey cream.



  1. For the Chocolate Coffee Mousse:

    • Pour the milk into a mixing bowl and add the CARTE D’OR Vegan Chocolate mousse mix and instant coffee.
    • Whisk with an electric mixer for 2 minutes at a low speed followed by 5 minutes at high speed.
    • Transfer the mix to a piping bag and pipe into glasses.
    • Leave to set in the fridge.
  2. For the Irish Whiskey Cream:

    • Pour the whiping cream, Irish Whiskey and Icing sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk until soft peaks are formed.
    • Place the mix into the a piping bag then pipe a layer on top of the chocolate mousse.
    • Decorate with grated dark chocolate.
