For the Chocolate Coffee Mousse:

For the Irish Whiskey Cream:

  • Whisky 75 ml
  • Icing sugar 40 g
  • Dark chocolate 50 g
  • Whipping cream 225 ml
  1. For the Chocolate Coffee Mousse:

    • Place theCARTE D’OR Chocolate mousse powder, instant coffee and milk into a bowl.
    • Whisk with an electric mixer for 2 minutes at a low speed followed by 5 minutes at high speed.
    • Transfer the mix to a piping bag and pipe into glasses.
    • Leave to set in the fridge.
  2. For the Irish Whiskey Cream:

    • Place the whiping cream, Irish Whiskey and Icing sugar in a bowl and whisk until soft peaks are formed.
    • Place the mix into the a piping bag then pipe a layer on top of the chocolate mousse.
    • Decorate with grated dark chocolate.
