Ingredients
For the Mousse:

Whole milk 500 ml

Stem ginger in syrup 50 g

Lemon zest 5 g
Preparation

For the Mousse:
- Finely dice the stem ginger.
- Place the CARTE D'OR Lemon Mousse mix, lemon zest and milk into a mixing bowl.
- Whisk the mousse on a slow speed for 2 minutes then increase the speed to high and whisk for a further 5 minutes add in the stem ginger and allow it to mix through.
- Place the mousse into a piping bag then pipe a layer of mousse into a dessert glass, then add a small layer of ginger in syrup.
- Repeat until 1” from the top of the glass then chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Before serving, garnish with diced stem ginger.
