For the Mousse:

A light airy lemon mousse with the spice and gentle warmth of stem ginger.



  1. For the Mousse:

    • Finely dice the stem ginger.
    • Place the CARTE D'OR Lemon Mousse mix, lemon zest and milk into a mixing bowl.
    • Whisk the mousse on a slow speed for 2 minutes then increase the speed to high and whisk for a further 5 minutes add in the stem ginger and allow it to mix through.
    • Place the mousse into a piping bag then pipe a layer of mousse into a dessert glass, then add a small layer of ginger in syrup.
    • Repeat until 1” from the top of the glass then chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
    • Before serving, garnish with diced stem ginger.
