For The Mousse:

  1. For The Mousse:

    • Finely dice the stem ginger.
    • Place the CARTE D'OR Lemon Mousse mix into a mixing bowl and add the milk.
    • Whisk the mousse on a slow speed for2 minutes then increase the speed to high and whisk for a further 5 minutes add in the stem ginger and allow it to mix through..
    • Place the mousse into a piping bag then pipe into glasses and chill for 2 hours.
    • When serving grate on some lemon zest to serve.
