For the soup:

Urid Dal 2 g

Green Chillies 10 g

Light coconut milk 300 ml

Spinach 30 g

Butter 50 g
Preparation

For the soup:
- Heat the butterl then add the spices, curry leaf and urid dal and allow to crackle then pour in the KNORR 100% Tomato soup and bring the boil.
- Pour in the coconut milk and add the spinach then remove from the heat and serve.
