For the soup:

  • Mustard seeds 2.0 g
  • Coriander seeds 2.0 g
  • Cumin seeds 2.0 g
  • Curry leaves 2.0 g
  • Urid Dal 2.0 g
  • Green Chillies 10.0 g
  • Knorr Professional 100% Soup Tomato 4x2.5kg 2.4 l
  • Light coconut milk 300.0 ml
  • Spinach 30.0 g
  • Butter 50.0 g

Preparation

  1. For the soup:

    • Heat the butterl then add the spices, curry leaf and urid dal and allow to crackle then pour in the KNORR 100% Tomato soup and bring the boil.
    • Pour in the coconut milk and add the spinach then remove from the heat and serve.
