  1. For Pastry:

    • Roll out pastry to 2mm thickness. and cut for 36 small pastry tartlets. Press into moulds and line with baking parchment and baking beans.
    • Bake blind for 10 minutes in combi oven at 170c.
    • Remove and leave to cool.
  2. Filling:

    • Cut chicken into 1cm dice. Combine with KNORR Professional Patak's Tikka Masala Sauce, KNORR Garde d'Or Hollandaise Sauce, mango chutney and finely sliced spring onion.
    • Spoon mixture into tartlet cases and sprinkle with paprika.
    • Bake at 175C for15 minutes until heated through.
