1. For the lightly spiced leek and coconut soup:

    • In a pan cook the KNORR Patak's Kormapaste with 150ml water allowing the spices to cook out.
    • Add the remaining water and bring to the boil.
    • Whisk in the KNORR Classic cream of Leek then simmer for 3 minutes.
    • Add the mash and the coconut milk then bring back to the boil.
    • Blend, pass and serve.
