1. For the soup:

    • Pour the water in to a saucepan and bring to the boil.
    • Add the parsley and peas and boil for 1 minute then blend until smooth.
    • Return to the heat and add the parmesan.
    • Bring back to the boil and whisk in the KNORR Classic Cream of Asparagus soup.
    • Reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
  2. To serve:

    • Remove the soup from the heat and pour in to serving bowls.
    • Garnish with pea shoots, grated parmesan and micro parsley.
