For the soup:
- Pour the water in to a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Add the parsley and peas and boil for 1 minute then blend until smooth.
- Return to the heat and add the parmesan.
- Bring back to the boil and whisk in the KNORR Classic Cream of Asparagus soup.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Remove the soup from the heat and pour in to serving bowls.
- Garnish with pea shoots, grated parmesan and micro parsley.
