The versatility and ease of use from Carte D'Or Lemon Mousse. Uplifted with Italian limoncello liquor and finished with raspberries. This mousse can also be put into moulds and frozen.



  1. Method:

    • Pour the cold milk and Limoncello into a bowl and add the CARTE D’Or Lemon Mousse.
    • Whisk with an electric mixer for 2 minutes at a low speed followed by 5 minutes at high speed.
    • Remove the bowl from the machine addfold inthe raspberries.
    • Spoon into a piping bag.
    • Pipe in to dessert bowls andrefrigerator for 1 hour.
