1. Advanced Preparation:

    • Peel and cut the potatoes into1cm dice.
  2. Method:

    • Cook potatoes in boiling water for 8 minutes, drain and set aside.
    • Place the vegetable oil into a pan and fry onions, red peppers, celery, and sweetcorn
    • Add KNORR Rich Vegetable bouillon paste to 1.5Ltrs of boiling water.
    • Add to veg and potatoes to the stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
    • Blend half of the mix and add back to the pan.
    • Add coconut milk and stir well.
    • Stir in the KNORR Professional Paprika and Chilli purees before serving.
