Potatoes 200 g

Vegetable oil 50 ml

Red peppers 200 g

Light coconut milk 800 ml
Preparation

Advanced Preparation:
- Peel and cut the potatoes into1cm dice.

Method:
- Cook potatoes in boiling water for 8 minutes, drain and set aside.
- Place the vegetable oil into a pan and fry onions, red peppers, celery, and sweetcorn
- Add KNORR Rich Vegetable bouillon paste to 1.5Ltrs of boiling water.
- Add to veg and potatoes to the stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Blend half of the mix and add back to the pan.
- Add coconut milk and stir well.
- Stir in the KNORR Professional Paprika and Chilli purees before serving.
