Chicken breast, skinless 500.0 g

Light soy sauce 20.0 ml

Plain flour 250.0 g

Salt 5.0 g

Cornflour 50.0 g

Spring onions 20.0 g

Bicarbonate of Soda 2.0 g

Water 250.0 ml
Preparation

Method:
- Cut the chicken breast into 1" cubes , place in a bowl with the soy sauce, to marinade.
- To make the batter ,mix the plain flour , salt, cornflour, spring onions, bicarbonate of soda mix well.
- Add the water and whisk to a smooth paste.
- Drain the chicken breasts from any remaining soy sauce, and dust with flour.
- Dip the chicken in the batter and deep fry until golden.
- Serve with noodles coated with KNORR Sweet & Sour Sauce.
