Brilliantly Simple Classic Thai Dish. Swapping for 'The Vegetarian Butcher' NoMince for a plant based version.



  1. For the dish:

    • Heat oil in a pan and stir fry sliced onions and chopped garlic over a high heat for 2 minutes.
    • Add 'The Vegetarian Butcher NoMince' for 3 minutes.
    • Add KNORR Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry Paste and cook for 1 minute.
    • Meanwhile blanch green beans in boiling water, drain and toss through Pad Prik King.
    • Serve in bowl.
    • Garnish with sliced Basil, strips of Red Chilli and lime.
