To celebrate the launch of our NEW Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwich, we’re creating the ultimate feel-good summer picnic event - and your store could be at the heart of it all.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This Promotion is only open to Independent retailers in the UK, including business owners, and their employees aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Employees must obtain their employer’s consent to enter in their personal capacity.

3. The opening date for entries is 09:00 BST on 22 June 2026 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23.59 BST on 19 July 2026.
Entry Requirements
4. The promotion is open to employees of participating stores only, aged 18 or over.
5. Multiple entries are permitted per store, provided each entry is submitted by a different, identifiable staff member.
6. Each individual staff member may submit one (1) entry only.
7. Notwithstanding the above, only one (1) prize may be awarded per store.
8. In the event that multiple winning entries are submitted from the same store, the Promoter reserves the right to select the highest-ranked valid entry from that store and disqualify the remaining entries for prize allocation purposes.
9. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
10. Entrants shall indemnify and hold the Promoter and their respective affiliates, directors, agents, or other partners ("the Indemnitees") harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnitees arising as a result of the Promoter's use of the entrant's submission including but not limited to any breach of third-party intellectual property rights.
11. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge, and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
12. By submitting your entry, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and make derivative works of your entry in any media and through any media channel.
13. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
14. Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.
Prizes
15. There is one (1) Grand prize to be won in total. There will be 1 winner. The winner will win:
a. A Ben & Jerry's Community Summer Picnic event for their local community and community grant. The Prize consists of:
i. 1x Ben & Jerry's branded community summer picnic event, including:
- A live music act;
- A food vendor;
- Ben & Jerry's product sampling;
- Ben & Jerry's branded point-of-sale (POS) materials and event signage; and
- Promotional assets to help raise awareness of the event within the local community.
b) Three (3) cases of Ben & Jerry's NEW Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwich products;
c) A £2,000 donation, to be made by the Promoter, to a local charity or community organisation nominated by the winner and approved by the Promoter. The nominated organisation must reflect Ben & Jerry's values and comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances outside our control make this necessary.
17. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
Ticket Restrictions & Prize Fulfilment:
18. Fulfilment and delivery of the prizes will be facilitated in collaboration with The Winner by Cirkle.
a. Regarding the Ben & Jerry's Community Summer Picnic Prize Event for their local community, it must get booked by 31 August 2026. Once a date has been chosen, it cannot get amended. When booking, the Promoter’s nominated agency, Cirkle will provide available dates and manage fulfilment with Winner.
b. Regarding the FREE Cases of Ben & Jerry's NEW Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwich Impulse Ice creams, these will be ordered and delivered by 31 August 2026.
19. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
20. The prizes do not cover any costs related to travel, accommodation, additional food and drink which exceed the monetary value of the prize or any other expenses.
21. If the prize is unclaimed after 3 August 2026, it will lapse and no alternative prize will be awarded. This prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and non-refundable and there should be no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above.
Selection of Winners
22. All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered into a random number generator. The first entry drawn at random will win the prize. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
23. The winner will be first notified by email by Cirkle’s Marketing Team within 7 days of the closing date. No later than 26 July 2026. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name and address within 7 days of the notification and no later than the 2 August 2026. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
24. Once the prize has been claimed, Cirkle will provide more information on the Prizes and how to redeem. This will be shared with the winner by email. Ben & Jerry's Community Summer Picnic Prize & Free Stock is redeemable until 31 August 2026. The nominated charity will be paid within 28 days from notifying the winner.
25. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above.
26. All prizes have been sourced independently by the Promoter and Promoter’s nominated agency, Cirkle.
27. The winner may be filmed / photographed / interviewed by the Promoter or nominated Promoter’s agency, during the community picnic event. The winner grants us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute and make derivative works of such footage / photographs / testimonials in any media and through any media channel.
28. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
29. The winner’s details (name, full address and county) may be made available on request to those writing to Ben & Jerry’s Picnic Community Summer Competition, within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE.
30. If you are selected as a winner and Magnum ICC receive a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, Magnum ICC will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name and/or name of your store directly with them.
31. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://corporate.magnumicecream.com/en/notices/privacy/united-kingdom-english.html All entry instructions form part of the rules.
32. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
